(k) The Act entitled "An Act to authorize the Secretary of Interior to nominate citizens of the Trust Territoiy of the Pacific telands to be cadets at the United States Merchant Marine Academy", approved September 14, 1961 (46 U.S.C. 1126b-l), is repealed. SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect on October 1, 1981.
