Effective date. 19 USC 1516a
PUBLIC LAW 96-542—DEC. 17, 1980
SEC. 2. Section 516A(a)(3) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1516a(a)(3)) is amended by striking out "subsections (b), (c), and (e) of. SEC. 3. The amendments made by this Act shall be effective as of November 1, 1980.
