Public Law 96-555 96th Congress An Act —^^- ^^> l^oO [H.R. 5182]

To amend the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal Development Act to change the termination date of the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal National Historical Park Commission from the date ten years after the effective date of such Act to the date twenty years after such effective date.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Chesapeake and United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 6(g) of Ohio Canal the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal Development Act (16 U.S.C. Act^ °^™^" 410y-4(g)) is amended by striking out "ten years" and inserting in amendment. lieu thereof "twenty years". Approved December 19, 1980.
