(B) was used by such organization, on January 1, 1952, and at all times thereafter before the date of the enactment of this Act, in a manner which meets the requirements of section 514(b)(1)(A) of such Code (relating to property used in carrying out exempt purpose). (b) EFFECTIVE DATE.—The provisions of subsection (a) shall apply to sales during calendar year 1976. Approved December 28, 1980.
