Public Law 97-50 97th Congress An Act To extend the expiration date of section 252 of the Energy Policy and Conservation Act.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 252(j) of Energy Policy the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (42 U.S.C. 6272(j)) is conservation amended by striking "September 30, 1981" and inserting in its place Act "April 1, 1982".
