The location and design Location and of such inscription shall be approved by the Secretary of the Interior <iesign. and by the Commission of Fine Arts, in consultation with appropriate representatives of the original donors of the memorial. The Donated funds. Secretary of the Interior is authorized to accept donated funds for carrying out the purposes of this Act, and the United States shall be put to no expense in the placement of such inscription. Approved October 12, 1982.
