PUBLIC LAW 97-243—AUG. 26, 1982 AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS
SEC. 9. There is hereby authorized to be appropriated to carry out the provisions of this Act, not to exceed $12,000,000 for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1982, and such sums as may be necessary for each fiscal year thereafter. Approved August 26, 1982.
