Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That section 102(c) of the joint resolution of December 15, 1981 (Public Law 9792), is hereby amended by striking out "March 31, 1982" and inserting in lieu thereof "September 30, 1982". Approved March 31, 1982.
