PAYMENT TO THE FOREIGN SERVICE RETIREMENT AND DISABILITY FUND
Notwithstanding section 15(a) of the State Department Basic Authorities Act of 1956, for an additional amount for "Payment to 22 USC 2680. the Foreign Service Retirement and Disability Fund", $4,615,000. INTERNATIONAL COMMISSIONS AMERICAN SECTIONS, INTERNATIONAL COMMISSIONS
Of the amount appropriated under this head for fiscal year 1982, notwithstanding section 15(a) of the State Department Basic Authorities Act of 1956, not to exceed $95,000 for the International Joint Commission shall remain available until September 30, 1983. RELATED AGENCIES BOARD FOR INTERNATIONAL BROADCASTING GRANTS AND EXPENSES (DISAPPROVAL OF DEFERRAL)
The Congress disapproves the proposed deferral D82-248 relating to the Board for International Broadcasting, "Grants and expenses", as set forth in the message of June 2, 1982, which was transmitted to the Congress by the President. This disapproval shall be effective upon enactment into law of this bill and the amount of the proposed deferral disapproved herein shall be made available for obligation. (RESCISSION)
Of the funds appropriated for the Board for International Broadcasting, "Grants and expenses" in Public Law 97-161, $2,000,000 are Ante, p. 22. rescinded. COMMISSION ON W A R T I M E RELOCATION AND I N T E R N M E N TO F CIVILIANS SALARIES AND EXPENSES
Funds appropriated under this head in Public Law 96-536 shall 94 Stat. 3166. remain available until December 31, 1982. THE JUDICIARY COURTS OF APPEALS, DISTRICT COURTS, AND OTHER JUDICIAL SERVICES DEFENDER SERVICES
For an additional amount for "Defender services", $1,500,000, to remain available until expended.
