Funds are hereby authorized to be appropriated for fiscal years beginning after September 30, 1982, for military construction, land acquisition, and military family housing functions of the Department of the Army in the total amount of $1,924,544,000 as follows: (1) For projects authorized by section 101 that are to be carried out inside the United States, $498,428,000. (2) For projects authorized by section 101 that are to be carried out outside the United States, $336,299,000. (3) For minor construction projects under section 2805 of title 10, United States Code, and section 103 of this Act, $49,209,000.
