Repeal. (d) Section 3 of Reorganization Plan Numbered 2 of 1953 (67 Stat 5 USC app; ^33) jg repealed. Effective ditT*^ (®^ ' ^ ^ section shall take effect on the date of enactment of this 7 USC 2212c Act except that subsections (c) and (d) of this section shall take effect note. upon the appointment of a person to fill the successor position created by subsection (a) of this section.
