Public Law 97-347 97th Congress An Act Oct. 18, 1982 [H.R. 5662]

Fish and wudhfe Act of amendment.

To extend until October 1, 1983, the authority and authorization of appropriations for certain programs under the Fish and Wildlife Act of 1956.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That subsection (c) Qf section 4 of the Fish and Wildlife Act of 1956 (16 U.S.C. 742c(c)) (relating to loan authority to finance the acquisition, equipping, and maintenance of commercial fishing vessels and gear) is amended by striking out "September 30, 1982" each place it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof "September 30, 1983". SEC. 2. Subsection (c)(6) of section 7 of the Fish and Wildlife Act of 1956 (16 U.S.C. 742f[c)(6)) (relating to volunteer services in fish and wildlife programs) is amended by striking out "and 1982." and inserting in lieu thereof "1982 and 1983.". Approved October 18, 1982.
