PUBLIC LAW 97-406—JAN. 3, 1983
SEC. 3. No conveyance shall be made unless application for conveyance is filed by the university with the Secretary within six months of the date of the approval of this Act. SEC. 4. The Secretary may at his discretion require that he be provided a perimeter survey of the described lands. All costs of obtaining such survey shall be borne by the university. Approved January 3, 1983.
