97 STAT. 1122 PUBLIC LAW 98-174—NOV. 29, 1983 Public Law 98-174 98th Congress An Act Nov. 29, 1983 rp^ designate the Federal Building in Seattle, Washington, as the "Henry M. Jackson [S. 1837] Federal Building". Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Henry M. United States of America in Congress assembled, That the building BuSng^^^'"^^ located at 915 Second Avenue, Seattle, Washington, known as the Designation. Federal Building, shall hereafter be known and designated as the "Henry M. Jackson Federal Building". Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, record, or other paper of the United States to that building shall be deemed to be a reference to the "Henry M. Jackson Federal Building".
