RELATED AGENCIES DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION SALARIES AND EXPENSES For an additional amount for the Food and Drug Administration, $1,000,000, to remain available until expended, to become available only to the extent necessary to meet unanticipated costs of emer- gency activities not provided for in budget estimates.
