PUBLIC LAW 98-366—JULY 17, 1984 (c) To the extent that any provision or interpretation of the NSB Agreement is inconsistent with the provisions of this section or the ASRC Agreement, the provisions of this section and of the ASRC Agreement shall prevail. (d) All of the lands, or interest therein, conveyed to and received by Arctic Slope Regional Corporation pursuant to this section or the ASRC Agreement and pursuant to the August 9, 1983 agreement between Arctic Slope Regional Corporation and the United States of America shall, in addition to other applicable authority, be deemed conveyed and received pursuant to exchanges under section 22(f) of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act, as amended (43 U.S.C. 1601, 1621(f)).
