TITLE III-GENERAL PROVISIONS EFFECTIVE DATE

SEC. 301. The provisions of this Act (including the amendments made by this Act) shall be effective on April 1, 1985.

, SPENDING AUTHORITY

SEC. 302. Any new spending authority (within the meaning of section 401 of the Congressional Budget Act of 1974) which is provided under this Act shall be effective for any fiscal year only to the extent or in such amounts as provided in appropriations Acts. Approved October 19, 1984.
