on Energy and Natural Resources of the United States Senate and the Committee on Interior and Insular Affairs of the House of Representatives, and each such map and description shall have the same force and effect as if included in this Act: Provided, That correction of clerical and typographical errors in each such legal description and map may be made by the Secretary concerned Public subsequent to such filings. Each such map and legal description availability, ghall be on file and available for public inspection in the Office of the Chief of the Forest Service, Department of Agriculture or in the Office of the Director of the Bureau of Land Management, Department of the Interior, as is appropriate.

SEC. 304. The Congress hereby finds and directs that lands in the Arizona Strip District of the Bureau of Land Management, Arizona, and those portions of the Starvation Point Wilderness Study Area (UT-040-057) and Paria Canyon Instant Study Area and contiguous Utah units in the Cedar City District of the Bureau of Land Management, Utah, not designated as wilderness by this Act have been adequately studied for wilderness designation pursuant to section 603 of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act (Public Law 43 USC 1782. 94-579), and are no longer subject to the requirement of section 603(c) of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act pertaining to the management of wilderness study areas in a manner that does not sg! impair the suitability of such areas for preservation as wilderness. TITLE IV &yr

SEC. 401. If any provision of this Act or the application thereof is held invalid, the remainder of the Act and the application thereof shall not be affected thereby. Approved August 28, 1984.
