Public Law 98-591 98th Congress An Act To designate the United States Post Office and Courthouse in Utica, New York, as the "Alexander Pirnie Federal Building".

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the building at 10 Broad Street, Utica, New York, known as the United States Post Office and Courthouse, shall hereafter be known and designated as the "Alexander Pirnie Federal Building". Any reference in any law, map, regulation, document, record, or other paper of the United States to such building shall be deemed to be a reference to the "Alexander Pirnie Federal Building". Approved October 30, 1984.
