Public Law 99-17 99th Congress Joint Resolution To approve the obligation of funds made avtiilable by Public Law 98-473 for the procurement of MX missiles, subject to the enactment of a second joint resolution.

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That subject to the enact- Weapons. ment (after the enactment of this joint resolution) of a joint resolution further approving the obligation of such funds, the Congress approves the obligation of funds available for fiscal year 1985 for the procurement of additional operational MX missiles (in addition to the funds previously authorized to be obligated). Approved April 4, 1985.
