Then it was worth 15J., now 20s. Osbern de Wancey holds the whole ; and Richard claims it as belonging to Phin's fee. The King and the Earl (have) the soke. Two of these freemen Roger de Ramis claims as of his fee, and he was seised thereof. The whole is 6 furlongs in length, and 2 broad. And (pays) 6d. in geld. Of all this Phin had nothing T.R.E.
