ICHIHARA, Morihiro (YOKOHAMA), Mayor of Yokohama"; b. Kamain oto, April, 1856. E due.: Doshisha, Kyoto. Entered Bank of Japan about 1895, (then Baron Shibuzawa's Bank), and was appointed Manager of Bank's Yokohama branch; elected Mayor of Yokohama, 1902. Address: Yokohama, Japan.
