CONSCIOUS POWER.
NEVER can a man aspireTo a deed I would not dare;Never saint or priest rise higherThan the soarings of my prayer.
Did there fail a hero everWhose lost day I might not win?To all souls of high endeavorI have felt my own akin.
All because great God hath givenBoundless strength to do, to be;Here on earth I compass Heaven;I in Him, and He in me.
