- Her death. "Clara H. Muhlbruch of 666 Maple Avenue died yesterday in Englewood Hospital. She was 77. Until 15 years ago, Mrs. Muhlbruch was the owner and operator of a restaurant here, known as Chef's Corner. She was born in Norway and lived in Ridgefield 20 years. She was formerly of Union City. Surviving are her husband, John Muhlbruch; a daughter, Dorothy Leale of Fort Lee; a son, Edward Thompson of Ridgefield, and three grandchildren. Services will be tonight at 8 in Blackley Funeral Home, 809 Broad Avenue. Burial will be tomorrow morning in Fairview Cemetery, Fairview. Friends may visit the funeral home today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m."

- Her marriage. "Miss Clara H. Schultz, niece of Mr. and Mrs. E. Schneider of 2728 Boulevard, and Mr. Edward A. Thompson of 3160 Boulevard, were married Sunday, February 13, at 6:30 p.m. in the Bergen Reformed Church by Reverend Willard P. Soper. The bride, who was given in marriage by her uncle Mr. Emil Schneider, wore a gown of white charmeuse trimmed with lace and net, she had a bridal veil, and carried a shower bouquet of white roses and lilies-of-the-valley. The bridesmaids Miss Helen Bundy and Miss Sigrid Anderson were gowned alike in pink taffeta and lace, with hats in match, and they carried arm bouquets of pink carnations. Mrs. E. Schneider, aunt of the bride, who was matron of honor, wore blue satin with a tunic of lace, and hat to match, she carried an arm bouquet of pink carnations. Miss Alice Schneider was flower girl, she wore a dress of pink taffeta and lace, and carried a basket of white carnations and lilies-of-the-valley. Mr. John B. Thompson was best man. Mr. Carl C. Kantor and Mr. James Petersen ushers, and Mr. Emil Schneider were all in full dress. A reception and supper was held for fifty guests at Hotel Carell. The guests included Mr. and Mrs. Emil Schneider, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Thompson of Hoboken, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Schneider, Mr. and Mrs. H.
