The Lord of Faith I have renamed—
(Lord of our fathers' faith)
For in my heart life fiercely flamed,
Sering the older wraith.

And now there lives within my soul,
Unmarred by all without,
The Lord that makes Truth sweet and whole—
He is the Lord of Doubt.
