Changing Area of Tha Pla and Nam Pat District, Uttaradit Province,

Given under our Hand this 8th Day of February, BE 2558 (2015);


Being the 70th Year of our Reign.



His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej is graciously pleased to proclaim that:

Whereas it is desirable to change the area of Amphoe Tha Pla and Nam Pat, Changwat Uttaradit, for the sake of the administration and public facility;

Be it decreed by the King's most Excellent Majesty, in virtue of section 22 of the Interim Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand BE 2557 and section 61, paragraph 2, of the National Government Organisation Act, BE 2534 (1991), as follows:



§ 1

This Royal Decree shall be cited as the "Royal Decree Changing Area of Amphoe Tha Pla and Amphoe Nam Pat, Changwat Uttaradit, BE 2558 (2015)".


§ 2

This Royal Decree shall come into force as from the day following the date of its publication in the Government Gazette.[1]


§ 3

Change the area of Amphoe Tha Pla and Amphoe Nam Pat, Changwat Uttaradit, by reassigning Tambon Tha Faek, Amphoe Tha Pla, to become part of Amphoe Nam Pat, Changwat Uttaradit.

§ 4

The Minister of Interior shall be in charge of this Royal Decree.

Statement of Grounds

The grounds for promulgation of this Royal Decree are as follows: It is desirable to change the area of Amphoe Tha Pla and Amphoe Nam Pat, Changwat Uttaradit, by reassigning Tambon Tha Faek, Amphoe Tha Pla, to become part of Amphoe Nam Pat for the for the sake of the administration and public facility. It is therefore necessary to enact this Royal Decree.
