Consider that on Thus Beneath My Spreading Sail, you gave the publication data without explaining the context of the work. Sometimes the notes do explain the context of a publication, but often they do not. There is no requirement that the notes do so. --EncycloPetey (talk) 23:22, 26 May 2025 (UTC)

I have no idea why you're harassing me; and you're literally pointing at a one-verse poem insisting it needs "explanation", when the entirety of it can be read in ten seconds? The description says "Printed in George McAllister: His Book - Journals 1831-1833. Printed by Courier Press, St. Stephen, NB.", I'm not here to do poetry analysis for you. Please stop harassing me. I'm here to laugh at a new work with a great title, but bemoan that a quick glance over the pages doesn't actually tell me what it's about so we should collectively come up with a description...you're here to...be mean?
