This work has an unusual copyright situation. It was first published outside the US, and not published in the US with 30 days, and was not in the public domain in that country in 1996. Normally, this would be a URAA restoration, but because Rand was a US citizen and resident at the time, this does not apply. As it was also not renewed, it is therefore {{PD-US-not-renewed}}.
