Extract versus full-length poem[edit]
The poem as represented here is an extract from a much larger poem (of the same name). This version is taken from An Anthology of Australian Verse edited by Bertram Stevens (1907) and has been reprinted many times. So many times in fact that I do believe it justifies its own entry. Unfortunately the title of this entry is therefore incorrect and I propose changing it to allow for the inclusion of the full-length Wentworth poem.
