Should the original-language lyrics be added next to the translated english lyrics? —unsigned comment by184.108.40.206 (talk) 14:31, 26 September 2008.
We only want the English here, because Wikisource has a special feature that allows side-by-side viewing of any two languages. I havent tried this before with Spanish, so it isnt looking very nice - they are malaligned :- see and .
We will need to work with the Spanish project to coordinate our "header" templates so that the two languages are aligned. John Vandenberg(chat) 06:06, 26 September 2008 (UTC)
I'd really like to run both the lyrical and non-lyrical translations. One's easier to sing while the other conveys more of the dramatic pace and emotion. Durova (talk) 06:53, 26 September 2008 (UTC)
We try to only have a single "work" per page. We can have more than one page, so that we can host two different translations if that is beneficial. We don't have a lot of formal policy and guidelines on collaborative translations, so if you think something is beneficial or worth trying, go for it.
