Not sure if you're aware or not but nearly all Presidential Proclamations can be found re-printed in the Statues at Large volume for the year they were issued in. Most of the early volumes (up to 1927) have been scanned and uploaded so far but not edited. This Proclamation has a bunch of images (Figures) in it. Is there a way to pull them out of the scans? If not, what about the PDFs they were scanned from originally? George Orwell III (talk) 04:08, 29 November 2009 (UTC) Reply[reply]

The Google Books volume linked to above has all the figures for this one. I just haven't yet gotten up the energy to extract, crop, and upload them. Carl Lindberg (talk) 03:20, 30 November 2009 (UTC)Reply[reply]
