Source for this book[edit]
I’ve used two sources for this book -- both from Internet Archive -- fourjustmen01wallgoog.pdf and fourjustmen00wallgoog.pdf. Both books -- one by Small, Maynard & Co, the other from A. L. Burt Co. -- are page to page the same, except the front matter. This scan has minor problems -- the bottom 1-2 lines are badly stained and unreadable in a few pages. This I’ve replaced with lines from the second scan (which has a much better scan but 2 pages missing) Information here just in case someone is thinking of importing the book :) --Akme (talk) 18:50, 27 August 2015 (UTC)
