For use with unsuccessful candidates for featured text status.
The year and title parameters are optional. Use of the year parameter will create a link to the nomination discussion in the featured text discussion archives. If the title parameter is used as well, it will link directly to the specific discussion, otherwise it will link to the general "Not passed" heading.
Placement[edit]
Use this template to replace {{Featured text candidate}} on the talk page of any unsuccessful featured fext candidate.
