Aslam Khan Muhammad, Col. Sir; A.D.C. to H.M. The King; Afghan by descent belonging to Sedozai family; son of Nizamud Daula Khan; Minister to Shah Shuja; joined the army as a trooper, 1881; appointed commandent of Khaihers Jerailahis, Political attache to the Afghan Boundry Commission, 1st to cross the 60 miles of desert from Nushki to Khwaja Ali on the Helmand river; retired in 1898 after 41 years service.
