Jacob of Stoke Newington; b, 1852; educ: Cooper’s Hill College, London; joined service in the P.W.D. 1870; transferred to Railway Deptt. as District Traffic Supt. 1880; transferred to N.W.P. Ry. 1887; transferred as Manager, Oudh and Rohilkhand Railway, 1905; retired, 1907. Address: Carlton House, Exmouth. Club: East India United Service.
