Shama Rao, M., Artist, Mysore; Palace Artist at the time of the late Maharaja of Mysore; executed many excellent paintings now adorning the walls of the Mysore Palace; executed chromo-litho illustrations of Ramayana; has been entrusted by the Mysore Government with Chromo-litho work under certain conditions; supplies colored maps in Kanarese characters to the Educational department of the Mysore State.
