Sinha, Hon’ble Sachhidananda, Editor, “Hindustani Review”, Allahabad; b. 1871; s. of RamyadSinha, at one time leader of the Arrah Bar; educ: Patna College; went over to England, joined the University College, London, and was called to the Bar, (Middle Temple), 1893; enrolled as Advocate, Calcutta High Court,and settled at Bankipur, 1894; removed to Allahabad, 1896; Editor of the ‘Bihar Times’, the Kayastha Samchar; and Editor and Proprietor of the ‘Hindustan Review’; start ed a weekly journal, “Indian People” (now the ”Leader”, Allahabad), 1904; in the movement of Bihar for Biharis, Mr. Sinha took a prominent part and his pamphlet entitled ‘separation of Behar’ forms a valuable contribution on the subject; staunch social reformer; member. Imperial Legislative Council, 1910-13; a member of the Congress deputation to England and as such toured in London and other important English centres,. 1914. Address: Bankipur and Allahabad.
