Bhumibol Adulyadej R

His Majesty King Maha Bhumibol Adulyadej is pleased to give a Great Royal Command that it be announced as follows:

Whereas He is of the opinion that, during his absence from the Kingdom on this occasion, it is appropriate for Him to appoint General, His Royal Highness Prince Rangsitprayurasak Krommaphra Chainatnarenthon, President of the Privy Council, as His Regent in accordance with the dispositions of section 19 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand, and whereas the matter has been discussed and concurred with by the National Assembly at its joint meeting;

Therefore, He is graciously pleased to appoint General, His Royal Highness Prince Rangsitprayurasak Krommaphra Chainatnarenthon, as His Regent during His absence from the Kingdom, from the day He travels out of the Kingdom onwards.

Announced on the 4th day of June 2493 Buddhist Era, being the 5th year of the present Reign.
