of Establishment of Council of Regency


Whereas the Members of the Council of Regency, namely—

  1. Captain, His Highness Prince Aditya Dibabha, Royal Siamese Naval Officer, its President;
  2. Chaophraya Yommarat (Pan Sukhum);
  3. General Chaophraya Phitchayenyothin (Um Inthrayothin);

have resigned from office, the House of Representatives, by the power under the dispositions of section 10 of the Constitution, passes a resolution on this 4th day of August 2480 Buddhist Era to establish a new Council of Regency composed of—

  1. Captain, His Highness Prince Aditya Dibabha, Royal Siamese Naval Officer, its President;
  2. Chaophraya Yommarat (Pan Sukhum);
  3. General Chaophraya Phitchayenyothin (Um Inthrayothin).

There is an agreement that, in passing a resolution to rule upon a discussed issue, the Council shall adhere to the majority of votes, and when a public document has to be signed, the document shall be signed by at least two Regents.

This Announcement is therefore made for general information.
