Announcement of a Great Royal Command
Repealing the Emergency Decree for Protection of Peace
in Order to Enable Implementation of the (Interim) Constitution

Whereas section 3 of the Emergency Decree for Protection of Peace in Order to Enable Implementation of the (Interim) Constitution Dated 9 November 2490 Buddhist Era, 2490 BE, provides that this Emergency Decree shall be operative from the date and time of establishment of the present Council of Ministers by His Most Gracious Majesty and shall cease to be operative when He deems hat the administration according to the Constitution in operation at present has already been freed from harm, which shall be made known by an announcement of His Great Royal Command;

Now, He has considered and found that the administration according to the Constitution in operation at present has already been freed from harm; therefore, the aforesaid Emergency Decree comes to an end from the date the announcement of this Great Royal Command is published in the Royal Gazette.

Announced on the 25th day of December 2490 Buddhist Era, being the 2nd year of the present reign.
