Re: Permitting students and pupils to participate in politics

Whereas the Council for Democratic Reform recognises the importance of students, pupils, and intellects to the Nation for they constitute pure power, the Council for Democratic Reform therefore finds it appropriate to permit students and pupils to participate in politics in line with the democratic system with a Monarch as Chief, especially to participate in making the soon-coming election of Members of the House of Representatives clean, fair, and free of vote buying or any influence. Any students and pupils who have ideas for development of the politics under the democratic system with a Monarch as Chief with a view to making it more and more prosper, are hereby requested to send their ideas to the Royal Thai Army Secretariat, Ratchadamnoen Nok Road, Phra Nakhon District, Bangkok, 10200.
