Act, 2490 BE

Given on the 7th day of August 2490 BE
Being the 2nd year of the present reign

Whereas it is appropriate to revise the area of Maha Sarakham Province anew by setting up a Province of Kalasin;

Therefore, by and with the advice and consent of the National Assembly, the Monarch gives a great royal command that the following Act be enacted:

Section1.This Act is called the Establishment of Kalasin Province Act, 2490 BE.

Section2.This Act shall enter into operation from the 1st day of October 2490 BE onwards.

Section3.Kalasin District, Kamalasai District, Yang Talat District, Sahatsakhan District, and Kuchinarai District shall be split from the administration of Maha Sarakham Province to form a province called Kalasin Province.

Section4.The Minister of Interior shall be in charge of the implementation of this Act.
