Given on the 8th day of February 2558 BE
Being the 70th year of the present reign

Phra Bat Somdet Phra Paramin Maha Bhumibol Adulyadej gives a great royal command by which He orders with His pleasure that it be announced as follows:

Whereas it is appropriate to change the territory of Tha Pla district and Nam Pat district, Uttaradit province, for the sake of the administration and the convenience of people;

Therefore, by virtue of the powers under the stipulations of section 22 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand (Interim), 2557 Buddhist Era, and section 61, paragrap 2, of the National Government Organisation Act, 2535 BE, He orders with His gracious pleasure that the following Royal Decree be enacted:

Section1.This Royal Decree is called the "Royal Decree Changing the Territory of Tha Pla District and Nam Pat District, Uttaradit Province, 2558 BE".

Section2.This Royal Decree shall come into force from the day following the day of its publication in the Royal Gazette onwards.

Section3.The territory of Tha Pla district and Nam Pat district, Uttaradit province, shall be changed by transferring Tha Faek subdistrict, Tha Pla district, to Nam Pat district, Uttaradit province.

Section4.The Minister of Interior shall be in charge of the execution of this Royal Decree.

Note: The grounds for promulgation of this Royal Decree are as follows: Whereas it is appropriate to change the territory of Tha Pla district and Nam Pat district, Uttaradit province, by transferring Tha Faek subdistrict, Tha Pla district, to Nam Pat district, Uttaradit province, for the sake of the administration and the convenience of people; it is therefore necessary to enact this Royal Decree.
