(According to the Announcement of the President of
the House of Representatives
dated 20 September 2488 Buddhist Era)

Enacted on the 15th day of October 2488 Buddhist Era
Being the 12th year of the present reign

Whereas the King has considered and found that it is appropriate to dissolve the House of Representatives in order to enable the people to elect the First Type Members of the House of Representatives anew;

Therefore, the Regent, exercising the power under the dispositions of section 35 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand in the name of the King, enacts the following Royal Decree:

Section1.This Royal Decree shall be called the House of Representatives Dissolution Royal Decree, 2488 Buddhist Era.

Section2.This Royal Decree shall become operative from the day of its publication in the Royal Gazette onwards.

Section3.The House of Representatives shall be dissolved in order to enable the people to elect the First Type Members of the House of Representatives anew within ninety days, counted from the day this Royal Decree becomes operative onwards.

Section4.The Minister of Interior shall have the duty to secure the implementation of this Royal Decree.
