Paragraph 1- If one accepted a field from another to plant sesame and planted wheat and produced wheat worth the amount that the sesame that would have been produced is worth, the owner will only have the right to complain. If he produced less than what the sesame would have been worth, the renter would pay the amount that could have been produced if it was sesame. If he made more wheat than could have been produced if it was sesame, they would divide based on whatever condition the made, even though the owner would receive a windfall.
