How grand is life! Mobile or immobile, or dim or bright. How vast is the universe! In which the five elements work. All things dwell in their forms through their hearts. The flow of waves and running of fire resembles a loom. As if an endless ring, not being able to know its destination. Some things are so minuscule, they become invisible, so colossal, they become uncontainable. Even the brightest sun and moon are considered dim by some. Even the tiniest down feather is considered intricate. Some encompasses the heaven and earth, some devours the four seas. Folding and unfolding, all based on where the Heart lies. Longevity, brevity, possession, and loss, likewise, are governed by the Heart. The materials have no definite Heart, the Heart has no definite manifestation. In the visible realm, there are the heavens and humanity. In the invisible realm, there are spirits and deities. Like the sounds of music and strands of silk, they tangle and intertwine. From existence to absence, it is futile to describe them all. These are all insignificant details from which the nature differs. Oh, how boundless and enormous, how manifest, how apathetic, how enigmatic the Nature is! It could not be conveyed by words. It unifies all from the slimmest seed. It observes eons in the snap of a finger. It turns out but takes nothing in, it takes in but turns nothing out. It responds to all stimulation, and all responses are valid. It responds to the heavenlies and humanities in their respective ways. It is everlasting but may not exist at all. It is obscure, but may not be obscure at all. Is it only true to me? It is true to everything. Is it only I who possesses it? It is possessed by everything. All converges into the One whose limits are not seeable. Therefore, it is said: Where the Heart generates, the Dharma generates. Where the Heart extinguishes, the Dharma extinguishes. Those who leave all attributes and qualities are Buddha.
