U. S. Route 98 Establishment of an Alternate Route DENIED	Designate present U. S. 98 between the above points as U. S. 98 Alternate.
CONNECTICUT
U. S. Route 6 Relocation APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of U.S. 6, U. S. 44, and I 86 east of Hartford, then over I 86 to the intersection of I 84, thence in a westerly direction overlapping I 84 to the intersection of present U. S. 6 near Farmington.
GEORGIA
U. S. Route 23 Relocation APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of present U. S. 23, and S.R. 20 and a newly constructed facility east of Sugar Hi11, thence over the newly constructed facility (S.R. 20 and S.R. 365) to the intersection of present U.S. 23 in Rabbittown.

U.S. Route 377 Extension (Resubmission) DENIED	Beginning at the intersection of U.S. 70 in Madill, thence northerly over S.R. 99 to the intersection of U.S. 64 S. W. of Cleveland.

U.S. Route 380 Elimination and Extension DENIED	To eliminate the U.S. 380 designation from the intersection of U.S. 380 and S.R. 24 at Old Glory to the intersection of present U.S. 380, U.S. 183, and U.S. 80 at Cisco. MARYLAND-WEST VIRGINIA
Reservation of a U. S. Route Number for future designation (U. S. Route 48) APPROVED	To reserve for future assignment to Appalachin Development Highway between Cumberland, Maryland, (U.S. 40 and U.S. 220) and Morgantown, West Virginia (U.S. 19, I-19) a U. S. Route Number Designation (U.S. 48 suggested).

VIRGINIA
U. S. Route 17 Designation of a Bypass Route APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of present U. S. 17, SR 2 and a new facility southeast of Fredricksburg. Thense in a westerly direction over the new facility to the intersection of U. S. 1. Thence in a northerly direction overlapping U. S. 1 to the intersection of I-95. Thence north overlapping I-95 to the intersection with U. S. 17 northwest of Falmouth.
U.S. Route 17 Designation of a Business Route APPROVED	Designated present U. S. 17 through Fredricksburg as U. S. 17 Business

New York
I-481 Renumbering	Redesignate as I-481 that route between Forrest and Collamer in the Syracuse vicinity now designated at I-281.
I-684 Renumbering	Redesignate as I-684 that route between White Plains and Brewster now designated as I-87.
I-87 Relocation	Eliminate the designation of I-87 between Elmsford, White Plains, Brewster and Newburgh and designate the portion of the New York Thruway between Elmford, Suffern and Newburgh added to the Interstate System under Section 139, Title 23, of the 1968 Highway Act and approved by the FHWA on September 11, 1969, as I-87.
LOUISIANA
I-310 Elimination	Eliminated currently designated Spur Route I-310 in New Orleans.
I-410 New Route	Designate as I-410 that Loop Route from the intersection of I-10 northeast of New Orleans running in a southwesterly direction to the intersection of I-10 west of New Orleans.
VIRGINIA
I-195 New Route	Designate as I-195 that Spur Route from the intersection of I-95 and I-64 in Richmond running south to the intersection of SR 147.
