ORDINANCE
NUMBER 46

SECTION Ⅰ. The Special Criminal Investigating Committee of Korea and the Office of Secretary of the Special Criminal Interrogating Committee of the Bureau of Justice of the Government of Korea are hereby abolished.

SECTION Ⅱ. Section 9 of Appointment Number 12, dated 11 October 1945, and Section 4 of Appointment Number 36, dated 19 November 1945, are hereby rescinded.

SECTION Ⅲ. This ordinance shall be effective on the tenth day after the date appearing hereon.
