ORDINANCE
NUMBER 50
16 Febrnary 1946

SECTION Ⅰ. Paragraph "2" of Section Ⅲ of Ordinance Number 11, Dated 9 October 1945, is hereby amended to read as follows :

"2. The punishment of any person without lawful trial and conviction is prohibited."

SECTION Ⅱ. This ordinance shall be effective on the tenth day after the date appearing hereon.
