CHAP. 187.—An act repealing the act entitled "An act fixing the time for the election of Representatives from the State of California to the Forty-fourth Congress."
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,Repeal of
1873, ch. 239, vol. 17, p. 578. That the act entitled "An act fixing the time for the election of Representatives from the State of California to the Forty-fourth Congress," approved March third, eighteen hundred and seventy-three, be,Election of Representatives from California. and the same is hereby, repealed.
